For the past five years, we've worked directly with small and growing businesses — solving real IT problems, building custom software, and helping owners run their operations more efficiently. That hands-on approach later grew into our own janitorial division, giving us first-hand insight into facility operations that shaped products like JannReport.
Two years ago, we formalized that work by incorporating as Smart Systems Group Inc., bringing our technology and facility services together under one accountable, professional company.

Our janitorial services currently serve London, Ontario, with plans to grow into new communities as demand grows. On the technology side, we're already working with clients Canada-wide and continuing to expand what we can offer.
